Junior Sailing Program - Hold Harmless Agreement

The parents of ________________________  are responsible for any damages that occur to our privately owned boat.  We do not hold the Roton Point Association and/or the Roton Point Club or any employee of the Roton Point Association and/or the Roton Point Club responsible for any damages that occur to our boat. In addition, we are responsible for damages that occur to another sailor’s property or the property of the Roton Point Association and/or the Roton Point Club if our child damages that party’s property.

Damages to the property of the Roton Point Association and the Roton Point Club will be assessed to my individual owner’s or renter’s account.

Damages that occur to my boat as a result of another party will be dealt with privately and I do not expect that the Roton Point Association and/or the Roton Point Club will act as a third party to remedy the situation.
